Do you have support in place for women within your staff team going through menopause or hormonal changes? 

This is ideal for staff groups who are peri-menopausal, menopausal or post menopausal.

Availability and Price:

Group size - 15 max

Half Day Workshop 2.5 hours: £450

Full Day Workshop 5 hours: £800

4 Consecutive Weeks 60 mins per week: £1400

6 Consecutive Weeks 60 mins per week: £1800


1 Hour Workshop is currently on offer through October for just £149.00

This programme can be taught as part of twilight or INSET, in person or online.
